I tried it for a week before I did this review just so I can provide as thorough of a review as I can. First of all, I rated it 4 out of 5 because I didn't like the smell ( it does smell like mango though! ) There's nothing wrong with the smell, it's just a personal preference. The scrub really is gentle, unlike the other drug store brands that I've tried and yet it still provides good results. My skin did feel smoother after use. I get little bumpy things in my legs especially during winter time and I've noticed that the product did help a bit ( didn't notice as much after a week of using it). All in all, satisfied with the product and would buy it again if they have in a different scent. Huge shout out to Chick Advisor #gotitfree #DoveMango for letting me try this product! Thank you!!!

Good drugstore brand item

Great bang for your buck. I prefer stinger exfoliating products. So this was not as strong as I would prefer.

However it does smell amazing. It does leave the skin feeling soft and “polished”
I’m a huge fan of dove products and would use this on a more daily routine as a upkeep to remove dry or dead shin.

Smells great!

This product smells great and is nice exfoliator! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good, price effective product!

Scrub

What a great scub. Leaves your body smelling good and also feeling nice and soft.

Gentle Scrub

Having tried the product over a couple of weeks, here are the pros and cons I've found with this body polish:

PROS
Gentle Scrub - The crushed almonds and polishing particles are very fine in this product, akin to a sugar scrub. Unlike other more abrasive scrubs that I've used previously, this provides gentle exfoliation. While I typically only use a scrub once or twice a week, I find this polish to be gentle enough to use more frequently.
Non-drying - For a polish, it did not leave my skin dry after using. My skin remains soft and moisturized. I tend to get dry spots on my legs and arms during the colder season and I found this helped get rid of flaky skin.
Lathers well - This product applies and lathers well. Due to the fine texture, it's gentle on the skin and I didn't find it at all irritating to use.
Need a small amount - You only need to use a small amount of this product so the whole tub will go a long way and I can see it lasting for some time since I only use it about twice a week.

CONS
Fragrance - While I am not opposed to fragrance in products, specially ones that remain on the skin for a short period of time and are rinsed off, this ingredient could be a potential irritant to some who have more sensitivity to fragrance. I personally loved the smell and so far have not had any adverse reaction to this product.
Packaging - I'm never a fan of the tub containers. Almost spilled the whole thing after it nearly slipped out of my hands. I definitely prefer a squeeze tube container.

I would definitely use this product again !

Product is very creamy, which makes it easy to scrub on your body, does not feel to rough or to gentle- perfect middle range.. and it smells amazing !

Buff and Butter

Dove Exfoliating Body Polish with Crushed Almond & Mango Butter is now a weekly ritual essential. Treat yourself to a mini spa day in the comfort of your own home. The crushed almonds in this creamy polish gently buffs and exfoliates without damage or scratching the skin. I applied the scrub with my hands in a circular motion. I left it on for two minutes and rinsed it off. After exfoliating I shaved and then fished with the Dove Mango body wash. My skin felt softer and nourished.

Wonderful smell

I enjoyed using this product for my daily showers, the smell of mango and creamy almond is really good. This exfoliating body polish left my skin soft and smelling amazing. I would recommend not touching your face with this body polish, I have pimples and touched my face by mistake with the product and it caused some redness. Overall, I think this is a good product that I might buy in the future.

Le produit est excellent !

Le produit est très bien, il exfolie ma peau en douceur et la rend douce. Je l'ai seulement utilisé 2-3 fois /sem. malgré la suggestion de le faire 4 fois/sem. J'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté avec le contenant. Le prendre avec mes mains mouillés, dans la douche, l'eau tombait dans le pot, j'ai renversé de l'exfoliant en voulant le refermer. Le seul point négatif est le contenant selon moi.

Dove Mango Exfoliating Body Polish - A Buy

I've used Dove Mango & Almond Butter Exfoliating Body Polish for a few showers now. I think that the product is quite nice. It's not too abrasive, but still feels like it is exfoliating my skin. I got to try think product right as the weather was starting to turn cold and dry, and I think this product has helped my skin retain moisture. It comes in a larger container that will probably last a long time, so it is a good value for the money. I'm not sure if I would buy this exact product as I'm not a huge fan of the scent (fans of mango will like it though), but if there is a different/lighter scent I would purchase it. The scent lingered on my skin after the showers for a long time, but it's not an overpowering scent. Overall, I liked this product!
