I have used many different dry shampoos in the past and find that this is an average product. It does the trick and smells great but find I have to use quite a bit of the product on my 2nd day hair.

I had never tried a dry shampoo before given the opportunity to try Dove Refresh+Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo. I was however always curious.

The pros: Made my hair smell like I had just washed it even though it had been 2 days!
Quickly soaked up any excess oil that was weighing my hair down

The cons: I have dark hair and , well, I looked like I had a seriously horrible case of dandruff after applying it. Not good.

However, 2 of my daughters who are both blonde love love love it! I highly recommend this for light haired women as it really is a good product. As for us brunettes I hope Dove can come up with a formula more suited to us!

J'ai toujours voulu utiliser un shampooing sec pour prolonger ma mise en plis. J'étais très heureuse de recevoir une bouteille gratuite de Chick advisor afin d'en faire l'essai. Je suis un peu déçue. Le shampooing est relativement efficace pour une journée ou l'on est vraiment mal pris mais pas plus d'une journée. Le problème est la forte odeur du produit. Il sent bon mais il sent trop! Ma collègue de travail m'a demandé si 'avais changé de parfum...
Bref, très bon dépanneur, je recommande l'achat mais à utiliser avec modération.

I have never tried a dry shampoo before today. Yesterday, I used my Dove care and spray to hold my hair in place. This morning I tried the dove refresh & care dry shampoo. I have to say this is not a product for me. It didn't seem to clean out the hair spray from the day before, and did not comb out as instructed in the directions. It left a white residue, that I was unable to completely get out. I jumped in the shower. Maybe this works for different types of hair, but did not work well on mine.

get i quick cleaning without all of the water and time. great for busy lifestyles and those on the run. does a great job of cleansing the hair and smells great

I was not a fan of the Dove Dry Shampoo which I received in my Chick Advisor product review club package. As a dark blonde, the dry shampoo left a white residue on my hair and left my hair super sift. Don't get my wrong, my roots looks good but the rest of my hair didn't and I ended up putting it into a ponytail a few hours later.

This wasn't my favourite out of all the Dove products I received as a Chick Advisor Review Panel member. Though I followed the directions about holding it far from my head and brushing/rubbing it through it still let a little bit of white on my hair. It also didn't really absorb the oil very well. I will try again, but this really wasn't as good as I'd hoped.

I am a super busy mom and often I am looking for a quick and easy way to help me get out the door. I thoguht I would try this dry shampoo.

I used it and tried it 2 times.I found that both times it had a strong scent and that it left your scalp very dry and lamost like therre was a residue on your scalp. I followed the direction to a T and it was still not very good. I would not use this again as it is.Maybe if there was not so much fragrance it may not be as drying.

I tried this dry shampoo through the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I was very excited to try a dry shampoo, up until now I'd only used corn starch, but I've had friends talk about dry shampoos with zeal.

The first time I tried this product I used it incorrectly and it did not work! Just know that there is a learning curve here. The instructions say spray 20-25cm away from hair, and they mean it! And less is more! The second time around I parted my hair in just a few places and sprayed in short blasts just a couple of times per part, making sure to hold the can at least 20cm away from my head. Then I rubbed the product around and brushed out. That did the trick.

Did I have luscious, freshly-washed hair? No. But I was able to get on with my day without feeling self conscious of my in-need-of-a-wash hair. I typically wash my hair only 3 times a week, but once in a while my hair misbehaves (ok, I misbehave, I need to not touch my hair!) and gets a little slicker a little quicker, and this dry shampoo seems to help keep my hair looking good.

I do wish the scent was less, or even non-existent, but it didn't bother me as the day went on. Did it do a better job than cornstarch? I think cornstarch does a better job on greasy hair, but this dry shampoo is far less messy overall. I'm a little concerned with the warnings about how flammable the product is, however.

I've never had luck with a dry shampoo. My hair is just passed my shoulders, and wavy so when I wake up, it's like I slept standing on my head. Dry shampoo unfortunately can't help me. I do use it during the day when my hair looks and feels limp and lifeless and it does a decent job and reviving it. It is super heavily scented though, which I usually don't have an issue with, however since this is sprayed basically in my face, it irritates my nose and throat. There's also a mist of super fine powder that flies around and can get in your eyes if you're not careul. I'll finish the can, but I don't think it's something I'll buy again.
