I have tried many different dry shampoos, and I have to say that this one was by far, the worst. The smell had me coughing and gagging, and it left my hair looking grey and feeling really stiff. I also found that it made my scalp itchy, and it gave me dandruff! I'll go back to my regular dry shampoo, thank you very much!

I received this product from Chick Advisor's Product Review Club. Tried this out a few times and as much as I've always wanted a dry shampoo....this just doesn't work for me. I sprayed it in then rubbed it around but other than a nice fresh scent...it didn't do a thing for my hair. It still looked greasy and flat. There was no white residue at least. Maybe it would work better if my hair was short?

I received this Dove Refresh and Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo as part of the ChickAdvisor Review club. This was my absolute first time ever using a dry shampoo so I had nothing to compare it to but I was super excited to give it a try.

I was disappointed and very let down.

I normally wash my hair every second day. So The day after I washed my hair I skipped and the day I would normally wash my hair I decided to give the dry shampoo a try.

My first impression was the speed and force behind it, I did not expect it to come out of the can so quickly and so much at the one time. It was a white powdery substance.

I hated the smell it was too strong and not something I would want clinging to my hair all day.

It did absolutely nothing for my hair. I used it as the directions on the can told me too. Never noticed much change so I added a little more to my hair.

I could feel the product on my hair, and to touch my hair was just gross.

I felt like my hair was dirtier with the dry shampoo then it was if I had just went another day without washing it.

I will not be purchasing this product.

This made my hair look and feel so gross, I hated this product so much. I had to wash my hair right after using the dry shampoo cause of how dirty my hair looked.

I got this dry shampoo as part of the Chickadvisor product review club. As for price, it's slightly on the higher end of drug store brands, but reasonable if the product works well.

I was really disappointed with the quality of this product. It took three separate attemtps at using it before any of the absorbent 'powder' came out. The first two tries my hair just became damp, and dried again with no difference.

The product has a strong floral scent. It was a bit too much for me and I wouldn't want it clinging to my hair all day. As for the effectiveness, I didn't notice a huge difference in the oiliness of my hair, and this was three days after my last shampoo. What I did notice was that it left an ashy finish to my dark brown hair even after trying to distribute the product with my fingers. The instructions say to brush it out, but I couldn't get it all out. Also, for curly haired people like me, brushing dry hair just leads to fluffy frizzy hair which makes the a product that doesn't fit my hair type.

I'm surprised this product is still on shelves. This must be the worst dry shampoo I've ever used, and I've given it two chances by purchasing it on two different occasions. PROS: Like all Dove products, it smells great. On both occasions, I was able to pick it up for $3. What a steal, I thought, as compared to my regular Batiste dry shampoo which costs $8. CONS: Normally, I wash my hair every other day and use dry shampoo in between washes. After multiple uses, I noticed that the product didn't do much to make my hair look less greasy. It was OK, but kind of mediocre. I always felt like it was adding more product and buildup to my hair than it was taking away (more harm than good). After using the product on perhaps 5 different occasions, it "ran out", but the aerosol can appeared to still have product inside. I thought it was simply a product defect, and decided to buy a second can. The exact same thing happened the second time around. I've decided to save my money and invest in a dry shampoo that actually works as opposed to one that is half-assed.

When my Batiste ran out I needed something quick and couldn't run to replace it so I picked up the Dove one because it smelled amazing and I usually love Dove products. But this was super disappointing. I don't see any difference when I spray it on and it looks worse throughout the day. Do not recommend at all.

If you have oily hair then this product may suit your needs, but personally it takes days for my hair to see any major oil. However when I used it, I found it hardly absorbs any oils, leaving a lot of the white residue even when instructions were followed. The smell was nice, but definitely overpowering after an hour or so of wear. I won't be purchasing this product for myself again. AS for the price, there are definitely other products around the same price that were much more effective!

Bought it twice and hated it both times. Didn't work as a dry shampoo should.

This did nothing for my hair. Very disapointed
