I dont use hair sprays too often as I dont like how my hair "feels" after use. But there are times when you need ones help.
I used it to keep my curls in for longer than half an hour and it did its job. It delivered the promise with flexibility and didnt make my hair look all sticky and unnatural.
I just found the smell little too sweet and too strong for my liking..But other than that - great product.

Thank you Chickadvisor for giving me the opportunity to review this product. I wasn't all that impressed by this hairspray. I am used to strong hold hairsprays and although this one was flexible hold, I felt that it didn't work well at all. I have tried other flexible hold hairsprays in the past and felt that they offered more hold that this one. I have heavy, thick hair so unfortunately, this hairspray did not work for me.

First off I loved the scent. I normally choose a stronger hold so this was a bit of a change for me. I did however find the hold staying power pretty good and it left my hair much more bouncy and flowy than usual. If there is a stronger hold in this line I think I may prefer it. As far as a drugstore brand hairspray I would say this is of great value and worth a try!

I don't normally (ever) buy hair spray. I have afro texture hair and I only sometimes ever flat iron it. But the other day I did and I used this hair spray and I was really impressed. The hair style ended up holding for the whole day but towards the end it was no go. But I think it's because of the way my hair is. But I think this spray would work best for smooth hair. Price wise isn't worth it for me personally.

I don't use hairspray that frequently but I tried this one after receiving it from Chick Advisor. The smell was nice but a little strong for me. The hold seems good and my hair did not feel sticky or hard while using it so it does stand up to the flexible hold claims. I would use this hairspray again.

Received this from ChickAdvisor for free. I really have a hard time finding a hairspray that actually works as it says. I found that with simpler hairstyles this worked really really well. I felt I had to use what I feel is quite a bit more for slightly intricate or complicated hairstyles but that it still held quite well. I recommend it. I like that with the purchase of the hair spray that a donation is made to the Dove Self-Esteem fund. The only downside for me personally is the hydrofluorocarbons. I don't really like to use hair spray that isn't in the pump bottle because of that. Still a good product that holds up.

I like the Dove flexible hold hair spray i'm not big on using hair spray to often I loved the spell and this hairspray didn't leave my hair rock hard that I really liked. I really like it for me because it isn't over strong my hair still looked fresh with hairspray in it.

I received this as part of Chick Advisor's Product Review Club. I don't usually use hairspray because I find it just makes my hair hard and sticky, but this was a pleasant surprise. It wasn't super sticky, but did a pretty good job of keeping my hair in place. Like I said, I don't usually use hairspray, so I can't compare it much to others, but if I wanted to use a hairspray, I'd try this.

I received this product free of charge from Chick Advisor as part of a promotional testing opportunity. There are things I really like things about this hairspray and things I really do not. The good outweighs the bad though! First off the good. This is what it says it is! A flexible hold hairspray! I love doing vintage hairstyles which tend to require a bit of help staying where they're supposed to. This hairspray did just that! Helped without cementing my hair into place. It doesn't leave you hair feeling crunchy or overly covered in product, in fact my friend happened to brush against my hair and commented on how soft it was! So great job on the formula! Unfortunately my big issue with it was the smell. It's not a BAD smell per se... it's very floral... the kind of floral I would expect to smell perhaps at my grand mothers home? Again not a bad smell but not something I would imagine myself smelling like. A quick squirt of perfume over top kind of masked it but that's not the kind of thing I like doing.

I was happy to receive and review this product from Chick Advisor. We love to try different hair products in our home and this was no different. I really like the scent of this hairspray. It is light and fresh. The aerosol provides a nice even distribution of product into your hair. It is not sticky or heavy! This Dove hairspray provides a long-lasting, natural feeling hold. It keeps my curls from becoming separated and frizzy. My husband and sons also love using this hairspray. I'll be buying more!
