I was lucky enough to be picked to try this hairdpray for free from Chick Advisor. If you are looking for a hairdpray to give you average hold with a natural looking result, search no further as this is the hairspray for you. It is the perfect balance of hold for my naturally curly hair. It doesn't look sticky after using like some other hairsprays. The hold lasted a whole day a work which was perfec, as I find other hairsprays you have to touch up all the time. The scent was almost the perfect balance, not overpowering. I would purchase this Doce hair party to assist in my hair routine.

My hair is quite heavy and straight, so while the hairspray did tame fly-aways and prevent frizz throughout the day, it's not strong enough for me to pull off an updo or to keep curls intact. I would use this as a way to hold my hair in place for daily use or to add some extra volume, but it can't hold my hair for a night out. It does keep my hair looking and feeling soft and natural, not crispy or stiff like other hairsprays and I like the scent. I would recommend for finer hair or as a fly-away tamer.

Thank you for letting me review Dove's Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray. I have not tried too many hairsprays to compare this to other brands but I did find it pretty effective in giving my hair some volume. My hair is pretty thin and I often find it wouldn't hold but this hairspray kept it in place the longest so far. I think my bottle will last a long time. I didn't have any difficulty applying the hairspray and creating the style I wanted. It seemed to give my hair a healthy glow.

I really love this product, it doesn't smell overly powerful compared to other hairsprays, and leaves my hair styled, without going hard and looking like I've used hairspray. It has a very subtle effect, while still holding my hair in place all day long. I love this product!

First things first... It smells terrible! Because of this, I have only used it a few times.
It actually smells like baby powder deodorant.
It holds well though so for that I gave it 3.5 stars. Good hold, but flexible enough that your hair doesn't feel like a flashback to the 80's.

I just can't get past the smell. Its too strong.

I was fortunate enough to be selected by Chick Advisor to participate in a review of this product, and received a full size product for free to trial. I don't generally use hairspray unless I am wearing an up-do or curling my hair. For my up-do's, I prefer a much stronger hold. But for when I wear my hair curly, this spray is perfect! It isn't sticky and doesn't leave any nasty residue on my hair, like other brands do...which causes flakes (yuck!) It left my curls touchably soft. I wouldn't recommend this for daily use, but that is truly upon my personal preferences. I would buy this, but only to be used when I wear my hair curly and down..

Admittedly, I'm not much of a hairspray kind of girl, but I do like it to smooth flyaways when I pull my hair into a messy bun. I feel like this type of hairspray works really well for me because it's not going to plaster my hair to my head or make it feel sticky or crunchy. I would say that this offers good hold without being a heavy duty hairspray. I like the smell of it and I think the packaging is really nice and the nozzle gives a nice, even spray. I would recommend this to people looking for a good flexible hold hairspray.

I received this product to test it from chick advisor. I dont use hairspray often as I dont like the feeling in my hair. But for the occasion I give it a try and was pleasently surprised. Yes it hold and yes it didnt have that sticky residue that some other hairspray are doing. I use it on my daughters and they also love the smell. It hold very well and I will recommend this product for a regular usage.

Ok, I love the smell, it's subtil, but I did thought it was more effective than a previous dove hairspray, which I already use! I recommend, but as well as another dove hairspray!

I use hairspray to somehow manage my hair. Some hairspray makes my hair too stiff and some does nothing at all. The Dove flexible hold hairspray worked really well for my hair. It kept the waves in check while not being too stiff. The smell was pleasant enough. Overall I will be using this hairspray often!
