    Soaking Sore Feet Sure Helps

Until about 4 months ago I had never ever thought about soaking my feet. That was only something I did when I went for a pedicure. Well that has changed. Since I'm working full time for the first time in my life. Standing on my feel for seven hours a day. Good grief. At the end of a shift I have sore feet. Soaking in a plastic tub just didn't do it for me. I don't make a lot. I needed something I could afford. One brand came to me... I do love Dr Scholl's products. So I knew what I would get. It plugs in and makes a bubbles sound that in itself makes me feel better. Whatever works is ok by me. It supposed to keep the water warm..it doesn't that's okay too. On the floor of foot bath are little node things I think they are supposed to maybe toughen your soles. I don't know. I just lift my feet a bit and gently move them up and down. My feet are sensitive or I'm just a baby. It hurts....sometimes its an okay kind of sore and the nodes don't hurt quite so much. I'm guessing since soaking feet is what this item is that is why it is so much easier to dump out the water when done. There also is a puma stone. ya not ready to attempt that thing yet. All in all I'm enjoying soaking my feet.
