This is a super thick yet really light and silky feeling body cream, so you can put it on at night and not feel gross and sticky! It has the calming scent of lavender, it also has valerian root in it which is suppose to calm and comfort. I know the lavender does for me I don't know anything about the valerian root sooo I can't really focus on that part of the product itself. When it first goes on it is very fragrant but then it turns into a soft fragrance, I love it! It lasts a really long time! I received this as a gift for Christmas from my Mom, she got me 2 of them they come in 6 fluid ounce bottles, they are cruelty free and vegan free! (no animal testing or animal bi-products!)
