Very interactive
This is pretty awesome for younger kids. It is similar to one of those toys that hatch out of an egg. Where your child can bond with it and interact with it.
Toothless has different touch sensors that allow your child to comfort him and much more. His eyes change color when he’s sad, hungry, sleepy, needs to burp, when he is full and also when the child has gained his trust.
Simple up and down motions teach toothless how to fly. Although upon days of taking care of toothless, we haven’t been able to see him fly yet as he needs to learn how to fly to be able to do it.
This toy has kept my five year old busy though and teaches him how to care for a nurture. It’s comes with a little fish that you can feed to him and charges by usb on a base.
Very entertaining for all kids
We received this toy for free in exchange for an honest review. My kids loved How to Train Your Dragon, so we love toothless . I loved the fact that it was more than just a flying toy. Toothless has feelings, and you actually help train your own dragon! We had some issues getting ours to fly... but we absolutely had a blast. I would definitely recommend.

This flyer Toothless couldn't come at a better time because my 3 young boys just watched How to Train Your Dragon and are obsessed. They were beyond thrilled when they saw me pulling Toothless out of the box.
We were very impressed to learn how the toy can fly and express feelings through its color changing eyes, and hunger. My boys were so happy to care for Toothless because they have been begging for a pet and this toy is the next best thing. They really love how Toothless flies off so very smoothly and quietly. They have played together for hours...one launches Toothless and the others chase with glee.
The toy is made of very durable and sturdy material. It is very lightweight. I like how there is a cable wire to recharge instead of batteries.
Overall, great toy! If I may add one recommendation, it is to add wings to Toothless for a dramatic effect. Spinmaster never disappoint!
