I love using hand weights during my home workouts, I generally stick to 5 and 10 pound weights as I do a lot of cardio at home and want to ensure I'm being safe while swinging these around during some of my routines.
I've had my dumb bells for a while now and they're great way of working out,they are different sizes and weight and I really like how it helps me out in my workouts
Love to use these when I am working out! Great to take your time and slowly move up on weight! Great for a good work out!
Dumbbells are typically a good starting point for people starting to work out. There are tons of exercises you can do with them, to work a large variety of muscle groups.
My only complaint with these is they are pretty pricey if you're picking them up as individual pieces- and you need to be getting new ones as you get stronger.
I find that my workout routines are greatly improved with dumbbells. You can work your way up with the different weights. Let's you control your movements and target specific areas of your body. Perfect for an amazing workout!

I love my set of dumbbells! I have 5lb ones, 10lb ones, 15lb ones, 20lb ones all the way up to 35lb ones. They are so useful for doing so many different arm work outs! I can feel my arms getting stronger and stronger day by day. I'm so happy I have these.
