Went over to @metroontario today and finally picked up these two gems from @dutchmansgold

The Summer Blossom Honey came home with me and immediately turned into the most unreal dinner, drizzle mixed it with hot sauce + lemon and poured it over my fish and salad. Obsessed.

And the Raw Honey? She’s my new morning ritual. Spread it on toast with avocado and WOW… instant favourite. I’ve also been adding it to my nightly tea and it’s been such a cozy lifesaver this time of year.

Closest thing to biting a honeycomb

This is the closest thing to biting into a honeycomb, so pure! It adds a sweet, slightly florally flavor to my tea. It is on the solid size so can’t drizzle it on my yogurt bowl but definitely spreadable which is nice.

THICK RAW HONEY WOW

Wow this raw honey is THICK. I've actually never had raw honey that's this thick it's amazing. The flavour is so pleasant and the texture is smooth. I love having this by the spoonful when I'm feeling under the weather or when I just want something sweet and my kids love it too!

So pure and authentic!

This is a really good honey. I love to use it in my tea/coffee. The flavor feels very natural and authentic. My daughter loves to use it in her oats and she loves it. You can really feel the taste difference when compared to other honeys. I love that it’s unprocessed and is packed with all the natural goodness. The only ingredient listed on the jar is honey, and there’s no added sugars or preservatives.

Perfect for teas and not too sweet

The raw honey ended up being our favourite for tea. It has this soft, almost spreadable texture that looks a bit like wax, but melts instantly once it hits something warm. It's sweet but not overly sweet, so it blends into the tea without taking over the whole cup. The flavour feels a little deeper and more natural, almost like you can taste the different flowers it came from. It adds warmth and body to the tea in a really smooth way.

Creamy and right amount of sweetness

I used this honey in a Pandan and lemongrass tea and it added the perfect amount of sweetness and complimented the floralness of the tea. I also like that this honey was relatively affordable and high quality!

We loved this honey so much. Let me put it on some wonderful sourdough bread with a little sprinkle of cinnamon for a perfect breakfast. The flavor was rich and intense.

Lovely and rich flavour!

I really enjoyed the flavours of the Raw Honey, it was rich, thick and had a creamy texture, which worked really well with my morning tea. It was nice substitute instead of using sugar. A small scoop is the perfect amount of sweetness in my tea.

Its honestly one of the best honey jars I’ve ever opened. The texture is naturally thick, the flavour is rich and pure, and you can really taste the difference compared to regular store-bought honey.
