Taste the good health

My first time to try raw honey and I like that its not too sweet and you know that you are getting the health benefits from it. Im a sweet tooth so this can be a great alternative when you are craving for sweets.

Love the texture!

Love the thick texture, and strong honey flavour. My family goes through so much honey especially during the winter season, so this is a must have. Perfect for melting into teas and coffees, and getting a scoop to eat as a snack.

Incredible taste

This is my favorite honey! It has a beautiful white color and a delicate creamy texture, not too runny.
I made myself some tea with lemon and ginger, and it was wonderful. The tea smelled incredibly of honey.

We have started using this raw honey in our cooking and baking, after reading about all the health benefits of raw honey. I have been very very satisfied. when i need a little sweet , i will take 1/2 teaspoon and it satisfies my craving.

After a few years sufferring from seasonal pollen allergies, we read somewhere that eating unpasteurized raw local honey on a regular basis could ease some of the symptoms. The past three seasons (before season start) we kept Dutchman's Gold in the house and it seems to help, if not eliminate then at least reduce the sneezing caughing and itching eyes. One spoonful a day is sufficient.

The honey itself is milky in appearance as it's not filtered, so it has pollen and a bit of beeswax in it. It tends to crystallize a bit when we use about 2/3 of the jar, but this is normal and doesn't change the benefits or the taste at all. Surprisingly smooth consistency, smells nice, and very good on toast in the morning. It doesn't go very well in tea though as it leaves a bit of a waxy residue sometimes.
