Started off OK.

Bought this item as it is generally better for the environment and saves money.
I have been using it for months without any problems but recently I've had to go back to my normal powder. My washing was coming out of the machine still feeling dirty and this is after renewing the balls inside. I also bought fragranced ones but they just didn't leave my washing smelling of anything.
