elf has improved over the years!

To be honest, I never looked twice at ELF products for a long time simply because of the low cost and the lackluster packaging I kind of wrote their products off as being cheap and didn't think they would work. That was until I watched some youtube videos raving about their poreless putty primer being a MUCH cheaper dupe for Tatcha. Since then, I've been open about trying more of their products and the quality is definitely there. This primer didn't pill, and went on very nicely under the makeup. Definitely worth it in a pinch when looking for a more reasonably priced primer!
