This is for the black shimmer liner. For $1 USD it works fairly well. The eyeliner is a little on the hard side, but it still is pigmented when depositing color. I find that this works better on the lashline as opposed to the waterline. It doesn't smudge as easily as other liners, and lasts fairly decently. However, if you have oily lids and require waterproof eyeliner, this will smudge and transfer on you. The eyeliner is not fully black, as it has shimmers in the formula.
