This is a must in my makeup bag

I have other eyeliners... but I rarely use them. I had never used liquid liner before I used this and I will now never go back. It is an amazing price ($4), and stays all day aside from sometimes flaking on the inner eye if it is put on too thick.

This precision liquid eyeliner as said above; is my BFF. I love how easy it is to apply, very pigmented with just obne swipe and you have a perfect dark line that dried matte and not shiny ( which I HATE) just a personal preference. For the 4$ price you can't go wrong, I just wish it lasted longer I run out quiet fast lol maybe thats just me using it excessively haha. Deffffff reccommend this liner to anyone !

For cheap makeup this is the best!

One of my favourite drugstore cosmetic brands out there! I find it pretty decent quality for a great price. This liquid eyeliner is very easy to use, very pigmented, and the staying power is not too bad. I'd say it's waterproof from a point it doesn't run but if you accidentally touch where it is it will flake off. I've boughten more expensive liners that haven't been as good as this one. I'll definitely be repurchasing when I run out.

Love my e.l.f eyeliner

I am really impressed with my recent purchase of e.l.f precision liquid eyeliner. It's a liquid eyeliner in black. It goes on very easily, with a fine tip brush. It stays on all day long. It comes in at a great price, at only $4 at my local drugstore. Very glad I discovered this eyeliner!
