First of all, I would like to start out by saying how much I love ELF products in general; this is the first product I had used by this brand and it was great! Since then I have fallen in love with this brand.
This primer only cost $10 and works phenomenally. It has a silky smooth application and doesn't clog your pores or leave your skin oily. It dries matte and you can't even tell you have anything on your skin. It actually works in regards to color correcting (comparable to makeup forever which I had used previously; except makeup forever has a thicker formula that takes longer to set into the skin). I use this instead of foundation because it makes my skin look fresh and radiant; for the days where my skin isn't agreeing with me or I want a more full-coverage finished look I use foundation and it sits great on-top of the primer.
Another bonus is that ELF is a cruelty free brand and 100% vegan.

This product is goes on smooth and is very sily feeling.
It works like a dream. Keeps make up on all day while at work.
I have red cheeks and this toner helps with making it subtle.

Best primer

I recently bought this primer, purple, to cover redness. It goes on very smooth and is completely weightless. I use a mineral loose powder foundation. The primer really makes the foundation go on smoothly.

Good rosacea coverage when paired with a good foundation.

Got this primer for a bargain from Walmart, with low expectations. I have pretty bad rosacea, and not much helps to conceal it besides multiple layers of heavy coverage foundation. When using this primer and a small amount of concealer, I only need one thing layer of foundation, allowing my skin to breathe better. This also gave me a smooth, matte surface to apply makeup.
