tastes ok a bit chalky to me... gives you the vitemon c that you need , i like to use when i feel a cold coming on pricey tho.

For me i really find that this works. I normally start taking it if someone around me gets a cold.. Since doing so i very rarely catch a cold.. The taste could be a little better...
