This has its place as a meal and nutrient replacement for those who are busy or cannot consume anything but liquids. The taste seemed okay at first, but over time, the chalkiness and chemical flavour eventually becomes very grating. It can be extremely sweet and artificially tasting. To consume a whole bottle of this was trying. Having a box of this was just too much. It worked to keep the weight on, but this was not the best.

Ensure is a great supplement especially for a busy person. My son runs around a lot so sometimes I don't get time to eat a snack or a meal - I drink ensure as an alternative and I can on for another two hours or so. All the flavors are great but my favorite is the chocolate when - just a personal preference.

I'm not a great eater l have a poor appetite, but ensure really has a great taste, and l look forward to drinking one or two a day , l know my body is getting vitamins, and everything else it needs to be healthy, l recommend that you try it even if your healthy and just missed a meal

These one are so expensive! I like it ocasionnaly when I know I will have a busy week. These helps me tohave some protein in my day. I really like the strawberry one. If you buy it in sale, you will not regret it.
