I bought this carrier based on a lot of reviews i had seen online for our second child. I had purchased the infant insert as well, but it was a huge waste of money. It wasn't comfortable for her or myself. I found it a little bulky at first, and hard to put on the snap behind your head but you do get better with practice. I didn't like that you couldn't put the baby facing front ways, so my husband doesn't like using this he keeps using the snuggie we had for our first child. our baby now hasn't gotten a bit bigger and I have taken this carrier out of the closet again, and find it a lot more comfortable for my back then the other carrier, and our baby really likes the back position. SO i'm now starting to like the carrier!!!
