Love this product. Goes on nice and smooth and comparable to high end products.

I love essence but this eyeliner ran out pretty quickly. the great thing is that it is only 1.99

So, when the eyeliner pens first came out, I was excited to try it. My sister raced me to it and bought one before I had the chance. We were not happy. It seemed to not work properly. It barely showed up and broke very easily. Not impressed, I wrote Essence an email and stated how I felt and discouraged I was because Essence is usually the only make up I will buy. I took a break from buying Essence, I call it a tempprary breakup because I was sad that they had let me down, I felt like it was the end for Essence and I's relationship. However, I am known for going back in relationships with the same up, if that makes sense. So it suprise nobody that I hang with that I went back to the Essence Makeup section and grabbed yet another eye pen. Thus one was more like a "eye pencil" (That's what it says on it). It's a waterproof gel one. I was much more pleased with the results. I am now loving my relationship with Essence once again.

I loved using this pen, once I got the hang of it. Just a little pricey for what it was.

I like to use eyeliner for everyday of the week, except for the occasional lazy days. This Essence eyeliner pen was a great find price wise, but average for use. The first couple applications of the product was good, went on smooth and gave good definition, which is something I look for. But afterwards, when I applied it, it was dull and just lost its vibe lol. Anyways, good for how much it costs so if I was completely out of luck and broke but need something to work with, then this would be my choice..

This is an ok eyeliner. I appreciate how small the tip is and how sturdy the end is. I think its a good eyeliner pen for beginners of eyeliner because of how much control you have with this. This is not waterproof, and will run with water, tears or rain. This also can smudge.

I got this as a free sample at the mall and it was definitely an upgrade from my super expensive high end liquid liner. The pen was easy to use and it is waterproof and smudge proof and I can vouch for it. You would need a very hard smudgee to smudge this eyeliner. Cat eye look was very easy to accomplish also.

Not a bad eyeliner for a drugstore brand. It doesn't smudge at all like they claim and goes on smoothly, evenly. It's a great liner for basic, subtle application. However, if you like a thick and really bold look you have to go over and over quite a lot for it to show up. Otherwise I was really impressed with the quality for it's cheap price!
