Rock n Doll lashes

This is by far the best value I have ever received on a mascara purchase. I've never spent more than $12 ... ok $20 on a tube of mascara. But I switched to a value brand & essence does not disappoint. Goes on smooth, clump free & looks babe-licious

I found that, for the price, this mascara was pretty good! It did lengthen and add volume to my lashes, like it said on the tube. I did find the product to be slightly clumpy on the wand, and would have to brush it off. I usually would put on two coats, and to prevent clumping as a previous reviewer mentioned, I would move the wand back and forth on my lashes, to spread the product out. Overall, I can't complain since it's an inexpensive alternative!

I was desperately trying to save money while I was travelling and couldn't use high end brand mascaras anymore. I heard that essence was a pretty good brand from a friend so I gave it a try. Unfortunately ... this was not a good choice.

Pros:
- cheap

Cons:
- clumps lashes
- needs lots of layers for actual volume - but then again, it clumps
- the brush wasn't very good to use

Maybe they're just not meant for Asian lashes ...
