Where I live the water is treated with many chemicals. I have tried many lotions because I usually want to tear my skin off when I get out of the shower. Eucerin is my saviour. I apply the lotion on my damp skin and instantly the itch has calmed down. Sure beats scratching my legs until I have no skin left.

I bought this lotion after developing dry itchy skin this winter. It soothed the itchy pretty much right away while also moisturizing and getting rid of the marks I had made by scratching.

I get chronic hives from stress and other such mysterious things and have been on the lookout for a cream that could help with the itchiness while I wait for the allergy meds to kick in. This has been the best one as I really feel like it sooths my irritated skin and takes away the itch until the meds can make the hives go down. Great product!

There is another anti itch lotion made by a popular brand who hinges it's reputation on being able to soothe dry itchy skin. It certainly does not compare to this product from Eucerin.
I have Lupus; my skin is very sensitive and can react sometimes to water. Before bed too, I sometimes get unbearably itchy. When I can afford it I have a bottle of Euecerin Calming Itch relief on hand for just getting rid of the itch. I live on the North East coast of canada and the weather here in winter is harsh, dry and cold. Eucerin products are always the best for my dry, eczematous skin. Love it

I tried this lotion after a bought of poison ivy, and it really helped soothe my skin without any further irritation. I also feel it helped the new skin underneath be healthier once the worst was over. Even on just dry skin it seems to absorb fast and do the trick.

A year ago, a week after receiving my flu vaccine, I oddly broke out in hives and became very itchy and sensitive and red! I went to my local drugstore to purchase Benadryl and an anti-itch cream, which i found this Eucerin Calming Itch-Relief Cream. Less than a day it all went away! It might've been in combination with the Benadryl, however the redness and itchiness went away quickly. I was impressed. It also smoothed and moisturize my skin. This one did not feel too greasy like some other Eucerin products.
