This hand cream is very effective at moisturizing and healing dry hands. With a young child I am constantly washing my hands and they end up incredibly cracked. This cream works wonders.

I work indoors and outdoors, rain n shine, snow and wind to air conditioners and heat. Constantly working with my hands in the different temperatures, they become red chapped and they swell. I have very sensitive skin and was recommended Eucerin a little over a year ago. The results exceeded my expectations. Repair Hand Cream but does it last when you wash your hands? That's something I'd like to find out when I buy this hand cream. Not a lot of creams work well enough.

I work at a coffee shop that requires rapid employees who are able to multitask to the extreme. Within this not-so-enjoyable environment there are many health and food safety concerns we must attend to and of course the cleaning that is required to meet these standards causes employee's hands to come in contact with many harsh cleaning materials such as bleach, industrial dish detergent, ammonia filled window cleaner, sanitizing product (which is also hard on the lungs) and so forth. While working there my hands became extremely chapped from being in and out of the water and operating out of a drive thru window in the Canadian winter. My nails were always chipping, peeling and looked horrible. I had dry and rough cuticles, callouses, split skin and the whole deal like I hadn't experienced before. To say the least I was frustrated, embarrassed by my hands, and feeling rather self-conscious with minimal luck in locating an affordable brand that could help heal and prevent further damage. I remember a couple years ago how bad my hands felt.When I get up in the mornings that was when my hands were at their worst.I guess during the night while sleeping,the moisture leaves the body some how and that make it potential for a bad Hands day.The tightness in my fingers were like I had Arthritis.I use to put the Eucerin Repair Hand Cream 5% Urea and rub and rub it in until I had all areas covered.The more I would put on my hands the more the tightness would leave.Before I put the cream on,they felt so irritated and roughness.There would be tiny cracks on my knuckles and in the palm of my hands,sometimes my elbows would get dry also and I would put the cream on them and in a few hours,the skin felt moist and soft.This cream is really a God send because it even works on anyone with eczema.My best friend had eczema and swears by this creamso,it is not only to put moisture in places where it is desperately needed but it also has healing properties also.My friend was living proof of that.A couple of good things about this cream also,there is no fragrance to it and it is non greasy so,I didn't have to worry abour my clothes when using this cream.Until science comes up with something better for dry skin,right now Eocerin Repair hand cream is the one for me.I would recommend this product to anyone who has a skin problem or just looking to moisturize.

this is one of the better hand creams that i have tried. it's not greasy and it's relatively fast absorbing. it leaves my hand moisturized and smooth skin. for this price point, i think it's good value for the money
