Didn't Work for Me

I received European Wax Center’s Ingrown Hair Treatment Serum complementary in exchange for my honest review. This is the one product I received from European Wax Center that I knew I could test and see results with right away. I shave rather than wax, and I get horrible ingrown hairs around my pubic area. I shaved, dried off, and used this serum directly after. I also used it every morning and evening after that. Unfortunately, I still did have painful ingrown hairs. I wonder if this serum works differently for people who wax vs shave? I’m still planning on continued testing with this serum, at least to use up this bottle, and maybe I will see better results over time. I am pleased with the texture and consistency of the serum. It went on smoothly and dried quickly. I didn’t have to worry about it being sticky when I put clothes on. If my results change with continued use of this I will come back and update this review.
