Need the Tylenol to relief pain

I need a medicine like Tylenol to relief pain after a surgery. My first OB doctor recommended this brand to me 4 years ago. I bought 2 different bottles, but the effect weren’t obvious, it’s still good I think. the plastic Tylenol is good for me because I read the instruction is just what I need!
So I need this brand to relief my pain when I have surgery next month.
