Before using Garnier BB cream, I tried Estee Lauder BB cream, and that was too thick for me.
So I decided to buy Garnier because many of my friends recommended me this BB cream assuring me it has a great quality for such an affordable price.
I have to tell you, it has not great, but excellent quality! I am very satisfied with Garnier! It moisturizes my skin so well and evenly not making over-oily my T-zone. This BB cream absorbs very quickly and has fresh and clean scent (I always pay attetnion to the scent, the one from Estee Lauder had a pretty heavy scent).
It hides my skin imperfections very well, does not make my face cakey, or as if I'm wearing a mask. And the most important, it does not clog pores.
So, yes, now I want to recommend all my friends this amazing Garnier BB cream. So good price and such wonderful results!
I was afraid of this because it contains moisturizer, and my skin is very very oily on any given day. The texture itself made me a little wary because it's somewhat heavy, exactly like the balm it is. Even the first time I put this on my face, I was afraid of what my skin would turn into, it feels very moisturizing. Later that day though, I was impressed. I still had that freshly done make up and fresh skin look. My face didn't feel or look like a grease ball. It's not a foundation and it's not meant to hide every little imperfection, but it doesn't make anything stand out either. I absolutely love this. I'm tempted to try the Clinique BB cream next, but I'm hesitant.
Another thing about this cream is the scent. I adore the smell of this. It's a really fresh, happy, clean smell. Makes using this even that more wonderful!
I am in love with this cream!! My skin has never looked better!! I am 32 years old, have always taken good care of my skin, but this product is in its own category! I look 5 years younger and I've only been using it for 2 weeks!
My skin is brighter, dewy, luminous, my pores are near invisible!!!
I recommend this product to everyone!!!!
It was a little thick and it did have a strong scent but as for price it was great in comparison to Marcelle and Vichy but it didnt cover as well as it does in the commercials but it still did the job my tinted moisturizer did and for less money
I was skeptical about the cream, but I decided to buy it at my local walmart as they had it on sale and I had a coupon.
When I got home I was super excited. I put it on my dull dry oily face, and when I looked up in the mirror after apply it, I was amazed. It evened out my skin, added a nice glow, even helped conceal the scratch on my face that my daughter gave me.
Now when I go out, all I put on is this amazing cream, some mascara and some gloss and I'm good to go!
This is a must have in my beauty bag!!!
I am pretty impressed with this stuff! I like it a lot better than a tinted moisturizer. The light color was good for my skin and offered good coverage without being shiny and cakey. It really did make a great base and gave a bit of a dewy look. And it smells so nice! It can be a bit pricey but I lucked out and got it on sale for $8! Next day I went to Costco and they had 2 bottles in one pack for $20 which is a GREAT deal since one is usually $20. So if you keep an eye out you may luck out. I would also prefer if it had a primer but that's not a deal breaker for me. Recommend!
I tried the new BB cream in light which was perfect for my complexion.I love how is smells! It has this crisp clean smell like grapefruit. It covers silky smooth on the face and feels very light weight.I love the ingredients vitamin c,caffeine, spf 15 and lipidure and hyaluronic acid along with mineral pigments. My usual tinted moisturizer was Yves Rocher but I'm far more impressed with this.I also found that it really evened out my skin tone, hides small imperfections and does make my face look much brighter.I have been seeing so much advertising and buzz about this product that i just had to give it a try and I'm really impressed with the results.
I first received a sample of this in the mail and I was curious to see how it would compare to other North American as well as Asian BB creams. I think it does a pretty good job of living up to the hype! It's fairly thick, pigmented and does do a good job of brightening up my skin. It has a nice finish, even coverage and it has SOF 15. I also found that it wasn't too oily either while still being nice and moisturising.
I liked the sample so much, I actually went back and bought myself a full size bottle. My only complaint is the price. It is a bit pricey for what it is, but they do give you a generous amount. I would rather spend this amount on an Asian BB cream which usually also contains a serum in it- this one doesn't have that so it is essential comparable to a tinted moisturiser. If you do manage to find it on sale there are many coupons out there for this as well and you can get it for about $10- which isn't bad at all!
I’ve bin very curious about Garnier’s new BB Cream ever since I first heard about it and when I saw it on sale for $12.77 for 75ml’s, I just had to give it a try. It claim’s that it’s a instant all in one miracle skin perfects, that it renews, brightens, evens, hydrates for 24 hours and it protects your skin all in one cream. The new BB Cream is available in a light shade and a medium to dark shade. I wasn’t sure if I should buy the light, or the darker shade, but I settled on the medium to dark because my skin tone has olive under tones to it. When I first got it home and looked at it I thought I made a big mistake and it was going to be way to dark for me, but it wasn’t. It went on very nicely, feeling almost like a thin layer of liquid silk. It covered everything that I wanted it to cover leaving my skin tone even and looking spotless for the first time in years. I’m very happy with everything the new BB Cream has done for my face, but there is one thing I’m not too thrilled with. I found that it wipes off very easily. All you have to do is touch your face with a tissue and its covered with the cream. I even tried using a light translucent powder over top of it, but it still came off. I don't know if this is because I have oily skin or not. So I’d say be careful when using it if you have oily skin like me and don’t want it on your clothing. It does have an SPF of 15 in it to help protect you from the sun along with other minerals, vitamin c, Hyaluronic acid and glycerine and caffeine witch all do great things for our skin. As far as I’m concerned you can apply Garniers new BB Cream to your face and walk right out the door because it looks and acts just like a foundation only better. If you haven’t tried Garnier BB Cream yet then you don’t know what you’re missing, I love it and plan to continue to use it for a very long time.
This product could definitely be used as a replacement for foundation. It's like a tinted moisturizer, but with more skin-calming benefits for toning, pigmentation and overall luminosity. I will most definitely be replacing my $55 Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer with this bb cream. I just think the price and the overall benefits of a bb cream, particularly the Garnier bb cream, outweighs any regular tinted moisturizer. The coverage of this bb cream is the same, if not more, than any tinted moisturizer I've tried, and the finish of it satin-y which I like. The coverage is also build-able without being cakey or looking like there is way too much product on my face. It also smells fantastic! I can't find anything bad to say about this product. I'm also starting to notice that some of my dark, hyper-pigmented spots on my face are starting to diminish and I've only been using this product for about a month. I'm really happy to see more affordable and effective products starting to make their way to the drugstores
