For those who have an aversion to the lumpy visually unappealing look of cottage cheese, Gay Lea has come up with a solution. They have whipped this product so that the texture is smooth and thicker like a greek yogourt. No one would realize that this is cottage cheese. High in protein and calcium it is a great item. Of the 3 flavoured varieties: Salted Caramel, Lemon, and Vanilla Bean, the salted caramel is the best. Amazing taste and delicious texture. The lemon runs a close second but I was disappointed with the vanilla bean. If it says vanilla it should have a strong vanilla flavour but the vanilla needs to be upped on it. This product is about $3 on sale and often there are coupons for it. delicious and totally worth the sale price

I received a coupon to try the Gay Lea Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese, so I tried the Salted Carmel. This was pretty tasty but I found it to taste more like yoghurt than cottage cheese. I think I prefer my cottage cheese with the curds in it rather than it being smooth. I am likely to give it a try again and would probably have it as a treat.

I received a coupon to try this item and picked it up from the store,not expecting too much,however I was totally blown over, this was fantastic and from now on this will be a permanent addition to our weekly grocery list.

I absolutely loved this product. I got the opportunity to try it for free, which often leads to me never actually purchasing it on my own time. It was SO good, I have purchased it several more times, eating it in place of my usual greek yogurt. The taste is a little bit tangy (more like cheese and less like ice cream if you're comparing to greek yogurt), and the calories/sugar/etc are comparable, although the Nordica Smooth does have more protein. I have, and will continue to, purchase it again and again, despite the fact that $1 per cup is a bit more expensive than I like to spend.... it's just THAT good.

I wasn't expecting to like the taste of cottage cheese mixed with caramel but , Wow! It truly is as smooth as the title says.

Not at all. I like cottage cheese and they shouldn't try changing with all these additives lately. I like the ordinary cottage cheese as it's meant to be.

The first time I heard and got to try this product was when I had the opportunity to attend the 2015 #ElevateLoungeTO. I've heard great things about cottage cheese but, had always shied away from it cause I was not sure what to expect and wasn't willing to pay to find out. Thanks to this event not only did I got to try it, there was a FREE coupon for a pack of 4 x 100g from our gift bag that we received on our way out. Which I also just redeemed. Yay!!!

Flavour: Was not overly sweet from the caramel, for me it was just the right amount of flavour.

Texture: Although, you can still see a little bit of clumpiness, it is definitely smoother than their other cottage cheese products.

This product reminds me a lot like having a Greek yogurt. This is my new go to breakfast item. To add a little more touch to this I will add granola bits. It's a little pricey for only a pack of 4 x 100g. It works out to be $1.25/per. Therefore, I will only purchase this when it is on sale.

Love this cottage cheese! The salted caramel flavor is So tasty and decadent! This is perfect as a healthy, high protein dessert.. Without the guilt!
