Decent Little Vegan Cookies

These were pretty good, I enjoyed the whole giant box from Costco. These are a dryer cookie, but still are delicious and it helps that they have healthier benefits. These would go well with a warm cup of tea or coffee.
Be advised they are quite small, but I didn't mind that.

A great snack for those on a strict gluten-free diet.

I do not have a strict gluten-free diet, my brother does and I often get to taste and try snacks due to him. I don't mind these cookies, but it wouldn't be something I willingly purchase. I prefer a good chocolate chip. However if you do have a gluten free diet, you may want to try these. They are a little crunchy and don't taste gritty. They aren't very sweet either. I appreciate that they come in individual packaging (1 cookie per package) as you can take them on the go easily. I personally wouldn't repurchase but I could see why someone who has Celiac disease may enjoy this.
