Winter Skin Saviour
Winter hand saviour.
I have an odd issue that when my skin (especially my hands) get cold they become itchy, annoyingly itchy and I begin to try and warm them up (que sitting on my hands) and layering on cream to help relieve the dry itchy feeling. I often begin with just one cream but due to daily life it gets washed off or just doesn't do its job causing me to at times apply upwards of 5 creams to my hands and ending up in a greasy mess with no relief.
Then I found this product and my issues were not as bad. It doesn't always ease the itch, but it hydrates my skin to a point where I don't need to layer on multiple products, also the claim that it stays on through hand washing is true, I don't feel as dry or itchy after washing my hands when this has been applied.
This is a thick hand cream that spreads evenly and gets into all the nooks and crannies of your hands, I feel my skin completely covered, a non greasy cream that doesn't leave any residue and absorbs fast. Ive often found this product for $5 making it a great affordable option.
This will be my go to hand cream
This hand cream is amazing, with the increase of hand washing and using alcohol based hand sanitizer my hands have been so rough and cracked to the point of bleeding. I needed something to fix them ASAP! I got this cream and my hands feel great. It’s not greasy and absorbs quickly. I use it twice a day. Even if you wash your hands it seems to last.
It’s a no for me.
I had high hopes for this product after reading many positives reviews about it. I must say it did not stand up to the hype. It’s extremely fragranced and doesn’t spread far making me use a lot at one time. It stings my dry hands and seems to be causing more harm than good. Unfortunately it was a big miss with me.
Fairly expensive but worth every penny!!
I used to use the jack black eucalyptus hand cream for my dry cracked hands but it started adding up quite quickly. I gave this a go and I have to say I’m never going back to the Jack Black Hand Cream! This dries down quickly and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. The scent also doesn’t bother me or longer which is great! I will continue buying this
Amazing
As a essential worker using sanitizer 24/7 this hand cream is the only one that actually helps my hands. It’s an amazing product that works great will use again
A Great cream!
Gold Bond Ultimate Intensive Healing Hand Cream is a nice scent free hand cream that is not greasy and does not irritate my sensitive skin. It leaves my skin feeling softer and hydrated. My husband uses it to prevent chafing in the summer and to heal any irritation from chafing.
Very moisturizing!
I have really dry cracked heels and hands, especially during cold winter months. I love using this cream. It is creamy, hydrating and applies easily. Only flaw is it is on the pricier side
Dry to smooth hands
Gold Bond always helped me with my dry, itchy, cracked skin. In just one application it leaves my skin feeling better. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin either.
It does RELIEVE but nothing else
The tube is large and the cream is rich, but the price I paid ($9.97 @ Wal-Mart) is too much for this. As my title says, the tube does say "Relieves extremely dry, rough & cracked skin". Which it does. But within an hour (or less if working with my hands) I find I need to reapply. My cuticles and fingertips do not feel or look any different when I use this cream. They are still rough and cracked but my palms and back of hands are soft and smooth. Overall, this is a good moisturizer to relieve any dryness. However, since it is pricey, I suggest purchasing something else that will improve and heal instead of just giving temporary relief.
Can't live in Canada without it
My hands get so cracked all year, with dishes, laundry, the cold air outside... This is the only things that keeps my hands soft and repairs the damage that the cold winter air inflicts on my skin.
I recommend it to everyone I know!
