These gummies are made from unfiltered apple cider vinegar and tastes like apple cider. I love the taste, it's suitable for all ages. I like how they're slightly sweet and not sour at all; you can't really taste the vinegar. The gummies have a chewy texture but it doesn't stick to your teeth. Each gummy contains 500 mg apple cider vinegar and 1.2 mcg Vitamin B12. Apple cider vinegar is known for improving digestion and gut health, while Vitamin B12 helps with cellular energy production, metabolism, and supporting a healthy heart and immune system.

On a side note, the manufacturer should reconsider its product packaging and sales. Each bottle of this product contains 60 gummies and according to the instructions, users are suggested to take 1-2 gummies, 3 times a day. As per this usage, one bottle can only last between 10-20 days. That's not even 3 weeks and furthermore, some users could finish a bottle in just 10 days! I suggest you increase the concentration per gummy and/or increase the number of gummies per bottle to make the consumption time per bottle more reasonable.

Was pleasantly surprised with these Apple Cider Gummies. Most of the time, the flavor is off putting, but with these however, all you can taste is the apple. They're nice and soft, which makes taking them even easier. My only complaint would be how many that's recommended you take daily, making the product run out before a month's time.

Tastes AMAZING!

This product surprised me. When I opened the bottle I found the smell to be overwhelmingly that of vinegar. My nose was almost "attacked" it was so strong. This made me a little nervous to try it. I had been sent a free sample to give it a go. I popped one into my mouth and was shocked that the only taste was that of sweet apple. I loved them.
They have good ingredients as they are gluten free, non GMO and vegan friendly. The only drawback for me, as a diabetic was the tiny bit of added sugar. 4 grams per gummy so 8 per serving. The flavour is outstanding to enjoy. Give it a try!

Take control of your health

I was given this goli apple cider vinegar to try and review it. I have to say I love that it is vegan, non gmo, gluten free and fortified with B12 which helps with digestion, gut health and immunity support. I was taking one 3x a day, only thing I was not pleased with was the flavour. They claim all you can taste is the apple and no vinegar but I can't say I fancied the taste. It wasn't an awful taste but it wasn't a good taste for me, especially when the directions are to chew thoroughly. I fell fantastic and digestion is better and Not sure if it related but I since taking the gummies a week ago I have been less bloated and have lost 5lbs.

Taste find, don't do much

I'm not entirely sure what the proposed benefits are of these gummies as they didn't come with any explanation, and there's nothing on the bottle. This felt a little weird to me, as I've never seen a product not have any claims on the packaging.. Regardless, they haven't actually done anything for me! The flavour is good but there's a bit of an aftertaste/vinegar-y sensation. If you're someone who wants to have ACV every day, this is an interesting way to do it. However, it's not something I'd recommend anyone start taking these just because.

Great Taste, but Watch the Calories

I’ve been trying out the Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and I must say — the taste is surprisingly pleasant compared to traditional liquid ACV. I love that they’re vegan, gluten-free, and made with real apple cider vinegar, so it feels like a convenient and gentle way to get some of those benefits.

However, one downside I’ve noticed (especially now that I’m closely watching my calorie intake) is that each serving of 2 gummies contains 25 calories, and the suggested use is 1–2 gummies, three times a day. That could add up to 75 calories daily, which starts to feel a bit inconvenient when you're trying to stay within a strict food budget. Those are calories I could be using for more filling or nutrient-dense foods.

Still, if you’re not tracking every calorie or just looking for a more enjoyable way to take ACV, this is a great option.
