Took my money and never delivered my box

First two meal boxes were delivered on time and were fine, but this week when I ordered, my box was not delivered- not just not delivered on time, but not delivered at all! They have closed all options for customer support due to the high volume of customer complaints so I don’t believe it’s just me who’s had this experience. I plan to dispute the charges on my credit card since they have sent not one communication about the whereabouts of my box in 48 hours from the time it was supposed to be delivered. I do not recommend anyone use this company.
