Delicious and high in protein

This tuna salad is delicious! Made with tuna, red beans, corn, peppers and Mexican spices, it's perfect blend of flavours that can be both eaten on its own, added to a bed of lettuce to make a larger serving of salad or rice to make a quick meal. It's high in protein with 16g and 5g of fibre. I'll be adding this to both my regular and in case of emergencies stash.

This Mexican Style salad has a bolder flavour profile that the others I’ve tried. It’s made for anyone who likes a bit more kick and texture in their quick meals. It contains red kidney beans, sweet corn, peppers, and tuna, which is a nice mix of fiber and protein. It also feels surprisingly filling for a ready-to-eat salad. It also has a little bit of zest to it for a mild Mexican spice. I like it a lot better than your standard canned lunch and reminds me more of a fresh grain bowl. It’s perfect grab-and-go option when you want a quick and easy meal!

Flavorful and nutritious

I love the hint of spice in this product. It does really embodies the elements of Mexican food plus their tuna which never fails. Loved how easy it was to consume and has not became a staple at my home.

I highly recommend these tuna salads. This one specifically has so much flavor. I’m obsessed. It’s so easy to prepare for lunch, especially for a mom of two wild kids.

High protein quick lunch

Very nutritious high protein lunch. Its instant without compromising the flavour. I love how the the beans, corn and tuna complimented the flavours of this salad. Highly recommend!

Add a little spice to your tuna snack

This is the perfect solution for a lunch that can be made in under 30 seconds. Just crack open a can and place it on lettuce, add some olive oil and red wine vinegar...Boom! Satisfying. Healthy. And sooo tasty.

There is a hint of spice, but if you are like me, you will want to add more.

I also liked the feature of being able to track where and how the tuna was caught. This should be mandatory.

I do enjoy Mexican food, so this was a nice and healthy option! The veggies, spices and tuna went so well together! It had a great balance of beans, corn, peppers, and tuna. It was very flavourful!

Overall, I like that I can take Rio Mare Insalatissime Tuna Salad anywhere and it's ready to eat at any time! It is high in protein and a tasty balanced meal. I am not compromising a healthy meal for convenience at all! I also like how many flavour options there are, so I can take a different for lunch each day of the week!
