Very oily and you can find ones that are ten billion times better for half the cost.
The GOSH eyeshadow primer is amazing! Not only does it help to keep my eyeshadow in place but it also makes it easier to apply! I have very sensitive eyes and have to be extremely cautious of what I use or else I have swollen lids and soreness for a couple of days after- I had no reaction of that nature with this primer! :D
So, I highly recommend it to anyone who has sensitive skin/eyes.
I grabbed this primer at SDM as the price was right. It worked well like most of the other products in this line.
I love ths product!! It last so much longer than the other products I have tried
I love the smoothness of the product. And the fact it lasts !
I bought this primer a while ago, and it is not the greatest. I did not feel like spending the amount of money on one from Mac, and I do not really enjoy smearing products on my face with my hands, so I opted for this stick by GOSH. The product is alright, I don't need much to do the job, but the job done is not the greatest. At the end of the day, my eyeshadow will still be creased and faded. It does work to make my eyeshadow application fairly nice and even, so at least it looks good for a little while, right? The stick that I got has a bit of shimmer in it, so it is nice to sometimes just apply a bit of this and some mascara and go if I'm in a rush, for a little bit of shine. I'll continue to use this until it is all gone, but unfortunately, I can't recommend this product, and I won't be purchasing it again.
I've never used an eye primer that was of such poor quality in my life. I needed a primer for a friend's special day, so I was looking for something of higher end quality. I went to my local Shoppers Drug Mart, as they recently started carrying higher end products. At the recommendation of one of their Beauty Experts, I decided to give Gosh's eye primer a try. I was lead astray. Within an hour of applying the primer and shadow, I was creasing worse than I had ever before. I would expect this type of low quality from a much cheaper drug store product, but I was assured that Gosh was only of the best quality. Don't try this product!
So I went into my local Shopper's Drug Mart only to find that they were completely out of my favorite eyeshadow Primer (Smashbox). I went through the store over and over again and finally thought that in a pinch I could use this GOSH cosmetics brand.
Ladies, never settle. Especially when it comes to eyeshadow primer. This is a stick that twists up and has a cream finish. I put it on and my eyelids were white. I thought I had too much on and took it off. I reapplied and used my finger to rub it on my eye. I put my eyeshadow over top of it and the eyeshadow came right off!
This product is a mess in a stick. Eyeshadow primer is difficult enough to apply-since it has to be done quickly! I hated rubbing it over my eye-the skin there is super thin and delicate and at my age, I don't need any more sag or wrinkle! UGH!
Don't buy this....make the hike to Sephora or just wait it out if your local shop is out of primer!
