QUO changed the type of applicator for their eyeliner and I almost cried. I just love a nice dark line that goes on really easy. No tugging or scrubbing back and forth. In a quest to find a new eyeliner with the felt tip that I love, I saw a gosh display. There is was.... the perfect tip. I am happy to say the product is as good as the applicator. A nice dark line that stays in place till I take it off.
