Almost immediately I noticed that the package isn't so great at preventing the powder from spilling everywhere.

I applied the powder under my foundation the first time I tried it - my face turned really oily half way though the day and that doesn't normally happen.
I tried using it as a finishing powder - same story. Oily, shiny face by lunch time.
I found that it does work as a pretty good base for eye shadows for me.

Sadly, a miss for me.

The product was nice but I hoped very much for this as I have an acne skin. It help a little bit but didnt really hide them. I needed to use other stuff to hide them but I love the product to keep my skin dry (not oily or shiny).

I had the opportunity to review GOSH Prime 'n Set Powder for free through the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I was a little underwhelmed by this product. It wasn't a bad product by any means, it just didn't wow me or do anything special for me that I don't already get with my day to day powders. I likely would not recommend this product or buy it myself.

I got this as part of the GOSH package and I loved it. I try to use a setting powder every day because I feel it extends my makeup and also makes it look nicer. This one was no different. Made my pores less visible and held on to makeup longer.

I received this product for free thanks to Chick Advisor Product Review Club! I’ve only tried one other mattifying powder so my experience is limited. I really like this one. In the summer months, I usually have a slight “glow” to my t-zone by midday but this powder helps out a lot. I use it before and after I apply my foundation powder. I also like the packaging. Would definitely purchase in the future!

This is one versatile product! It does double duty as a foundation primer and setting powder. I used it more as a setting powder over top of my make-up, though I did try it as a primer as well. As a primer it allowed my foundation to spread evenly during application but I can’t say I noticed a significant difference in terms of how my make-up sat on my face throughout the day. As a setting powder I LOVED this product! I used it both to set my make-up in the morning and for touch ups during the day. It was great for absorbing the oil in my t-zone and found that it blended into my skin easily.

I actually already have and use the GOSH mineral brush and it was a perfect companion to this bottle and its clever closing mechanism. I would definitely repurchase this product and recommend it to a friend.

I tried this product with liquid foundation and I was totally impressed with how well it worked. It covered up many more flaws than the foundation on it's own and I could definitely see the difference around my eyes. It was helpful at keeping shine down and helped the makeup last longer.

I think it is great that this product can be used as both a primer and to set makeup. I preferred to use this more as a primer than to set makeup since I found that the white powder showed on my skin (apply sparingly). I still prefer liquid primers over this powered primer to help with moisture.

Said to transform the skin by minimising pores, fine lines, redness and imperfections. It is a silky loose powder that creates a flawless, matte finish. It doubles as a primer or a finishing powder to keep shine under control.

I love the feel of this product on my skin and that it reduces the skin that my face tends to have. I would have preferred different packaging but it gets the job done.

Primer & Matifying setting powder - 7g/0.2 oz

I usually use the True Match powder in N4 over my foundation and was hesitant about how the 'white' powder would look and how effective it would be on my skin (oily).
A little goes a LONG way, but it was quiet effective at managing the shine, even longer than my usual powder (which I touch up a few times a day). There is no issue with looking ghostly unless you use way too much.
I did notice that it didn't help minimize pores at all, but for shine management? It worked.
