Not what I expected

I was so excited to try the got2b Colour- Head Turning in Demin Blue and was so let down with the end result. The box showed me what it should look like and I'd already coloured my undercoat purple once, so I figured it would be the same result. I was wrong. The instructions were pretty easy to follow. I hated the spray application, it was almost impossible to control what I was spraying and I didn't know how much I was suppose to put in to get the result. I tried three different times and never once got the blue hue in my hair. Now I have ash blond hair, it's not really dark, so I figured I would have a darker hue, nope. I almost got a gray tint to my hair and it wasn't much. On each try, I put more and more product in my hair, and always ended up with the same result. I'm glad I got to try it for free, but it sucks that it didn't work on my hair.

Messy but pretty color

I received the Got2b Head Turner temporary colour spray to try out for free through the wonderful Chick Advisor program. First off, i love the packaging, it catches my eye, and i was so excited to be invited to this trial. However, the first time i sprayed it, it got everywhere, the spray hit the wall, my glasses, the counter below me, and although i wore gloves, the instructions tell us to "spray, dab away excess and then comb through for even distribution, then blow dry". I sprayed (and it got on everything around me) then i dabbed away with gloves on, as i combed through because i have long hair, the dye got on my arm, on my face once because the hair touched my face while drying.......this product was more complicated than expected and the fact that you spray the dye, which again is say SPRAY, be careful, the wall's behind or the counter below may also get sprayed with the coloured dye. I did not love the colour either, the colour went on almost purple, and then almost completed disappeared after i dried it, leaving my hair almost a grey colour, my kids said i looked older, not what i was hoping for. No pictures for me, i washed it out almost as quickly as i sprayed it in.......

Probably better for light hair.

I’ll start by saying that I have light brown hair. I received this free for testing purposes in denim blue. By looking at the back of the box, for someone with my hair colour it basically just turns it a darker brown, which was the case for me. I couldn’t see any blue in my hair, it just looks darker. Besides that point, it’s easy to apply. It has a really pleasant smell. It’s not permanent, which is great! My daughter has lighter hair than me, so I would consider using it on her if she ever desired her hair to be coloured for fun, as it’s not permanent!

Cheap

As with every Got2be product there is more put into marketing than quality of product. Sprays out blotchy. Only good thing about this product is that it comes out fast!

Did not last 3 washes

The first time I tried this product, I followed the instructions that said to shower (shampoo & conditioner) and apply to wet hair then blow dry. This yielded very disappointing results, as the colour barely showed up in my hair. I decided to try it again on completely dry hair then blow dry and the results were better (You could actually see the colour!). The spray bottle was unique, and I thought it would make it easier to apply but I found it made it harder to ensure full coverage of the product. I did however find the spray to have a really pleasant scent, something that you typically do not find with hair dyes/colours. The 2nd time I applied, I found the product would rub off on my hands very easily when touched and after 1 shower (before soap was even applied) it all washed out completely. Quite a lot of work for it just to wash out with a bit of water. In the end, I ended up with pink dye on my hands, shower, towels, but not in my hair. At least it is easy to clean up and just water washes it up. Overall, I was not pleased with the results or the product. #got2bmycolour #MEbyME #gotitfree

DON'T B AFFRAID.!!!! Of Color

Good evening my fellow ChickAdvisors. I was lucky enough to be chosen for this campaign #got it free to try. I got the pastel denim blue spray that lasts 3-4 washes. A little background, I have medium dirty blonde hair, very long wavy&curly;hair.I am a total Newbie when it comes to dying hair.This was my first time and I'm in my later thirties. So I was Really happy to see this wasn't permanent in case I messed up. But I was sooooo surprised & impressed with just how easy this was to do. I did mine in sections like streaks it looks like a greyish-pastel blue. I think it turned out great.It also didn't damage or dry out my hair at all. It doesn't smell horrible like regular hair dye dies,thankfully.! I'd definitely recommend giving it a try theres lots of colors,so u can see if you like it before you commit to permanent.! Its great to spice up the colored hair-do a couple days a week & then go back to normal so easily. I am looking forward to trying out a couple other colors, and I love how I can chance it up every few days so easy to use & convient even for a Newbie like me.!! Great product to spruce up your hair

It was so exciting to receive this product in the mail. I received the blue pastel head turner and it looked great. If you’re looking for something different for a couple days then this product is for you. #got2b

Easy to use!

Loved this colour product, i have a level 14 blonde so it went on very well, and showed so nicely. I got the blue and loved the fun addition to my hair. Would definitely purchase again, except i would try the pink!

perfect to add a little color

I loved how easy it was to apply,
I loved the fact that it didn't smell like most hair dyes.
the color was a very light pink, looks way darker when you spray it on than when it dries,
washed out in one wash, says its good for up to 3 washes

I was consistently asked where I got my hair done!

I received the "Denim Blue," which is a pastel blue, 3-wash, temporary hair dye that you spray on.
Pros:
1) It was easy to use (for the most part, I've never dyed my hair myself before, so my bathroom walls also got a little spritz).
2) The colour looked amazing! I was hoping for a bit more blue, but I got this awesome blue-tinted grey-ish look!
3) I had so many people asking me where I got my hair done, and were in disbelief when I said it was a spray that I used in my bathroom!
Cons:
1) It completely washed out after the first wash. MY blonde highlights were back to blonde, which meant that it didn't hurt my hair at all, but I was really hoping that it would last longer than one wash.
2) Every time I touched my hair, my hands would be tinted blue. Not a lot, but enough that it was annoying.

Overall, I really did love this product, and I look forward to using it again!
