Oh so smooth

When it said “lotion no. 1”, I was fully expecting a lotion. I was incredibly surprised by the fact that it’s a liquid product, but honestly love it a lot more this way. Doesn’t require a lot of usage based on how easily it glides onto the skin, sets in nicely without that greasy feeling, feels calming. Would continue to use.

Face lotion

I was shocked at first when I pumped this lotion out and it looked like water in my hand!! I was expecting the usual lotion consistency - but I actually like this better!! It's easy to apply and leave my face feeling hydrated!! I've noticed my skin looking healthier and more even since starting this product line!!

Thought it was a moisturizer

I thought at first that this was a liquid, creamy moisturizer because it said “lotion”. But I was surprised to see that it’s more like a toner. It feels hydrating. I just wish it came in a spray bottle.

Watery and Extremely hydrating.

It's fantastic when you make it part of your daily habit. Wash, toner, Hada Labo, and light moisturizer on top. I really like it, plus it is fungal acne-safe, so I can use it without breaking out.

I apply it as soon as I get out of the shower to damp skin, and it works wonders. It's excellent value for money because the bottle is generously sized and lasts a long time.

This is quite watery, making it more of an essence than a serum. It helps with hydration when combined with cream and works well on its alone in extremely humid situations. Soaks in moisture to treat dry skin. I then apply moisturizer.

I highly recommend this hyaluronic lotion for glowing, attractive, and hydrated skin. The pump container is really convenient. Extremely hydrating.

This product certainly lives up to the brand's reputation for excellence. This product makes my skin feel plump, nourished, and glowing. It absorbs rapidly and has no stickiness, making it ideal for layering under other skincare or makeup.

The viscosity is quite watery, which is ideal for rapid absorption but can be difficult to manage. My biggest complaint is with the packaging; the pump dispenser is not appropriate for such a liquid formulation. It frequently discharges either too much or too little, resulting in some waste. I ended up moving it to a separate container for simpler use.

Despite this tiny inconvenience, the lotion performs admirably, and I will certainly repurchase it in the future. If the packaging is cute, too.

A staple in my skin care closet

This was one of the first hydrating serums I ever used and it’s still in my routine seven years later. The texture is watery and lightweight. I use it more like a humectant step rather than a traditional serum.

I always apply it on damp skin and follow with a moisturizer to seal it in. That step is important. If you let it dry down without sealing, it can pull moisture out of your skin especially in dry weather. When used properly, it plumps and hydrates without irritation.

It is fragrance-free, never stings, and works beautifully under the eyes. I have noticed that it can pill under certain sunscreen or makeup so I usually reserve it for simpler routines or nighttime use.

This is a no-fuss staple that supports hydration especially if you are using Tretinoin or have dry and sensitive skin.
