Pure and Rich White Chocolate

These packages are generally quite expensive and rarely go on sale. That is why I do not buy them all the time. But if you are baking something that needs rich and creamy white chocolate chips this is a must buy! These white chocolate chips melt well in a double boiler or in the microwave as long as you keep an eye on them. They are also great for cookies because they keep their shape. The white chocolate flavor is creamy and strong enough that it does not get lost.

Hershey chocolate is so good and creamy. These white chips are great for cookies and fondue. They melt quickly in a double boiler. I also like the butterscotch version.

I love white chocolate! I also enjoy baking so when I finally realized that I could get chocolate chips in more than one variety I was extremely happy. The first thing I made with these white chocolate chips were cookies and I also added pecans (it's what I had in my cupboard) and they tasted soooo good. These chips are very nice tasting and I feel you can pretty much add these in any baked goods recipe that requires chocolate for something a little different tasting.
