I have been trying the Solis Sunscreen and while I love the lightweight feel I have to be honest it leaves a white cast on my melanin-rich skin.
It might not be a dealbreaker, but if you’re deeper toned like me, just know it might not blend in fully unless layered with makeup.

Love the product - not the mess

I really like this product and how well it protected me from the sun. My biggest complaint with it was the packaging. When you do as instructed and flip it upside down/hit on a hard surface to get the powder to be on the brush, when you open it right side up, powder flys everywhere. Seems like a waste of product and makes a big mess. But again, the product itself was fabulous (hence the 4 star rating!)

Perfect Travel Sunscreen for Purse

I tried the IDC Dermo Powder Mineral Sunscreen and absolutely loved the packaging and how easy it is to travel with! There are a few shades for the powder so it matches your skin tone and you can see when the powder is close to being done as the bottom is see through. The fact that it is mineral sunscreen is amazing as well. My only issue was that it is hard to see when it goes on as the powder is so light and matches the brush colour. It helps to tap it upside down before applying

Perfect on-the-go Sunscreen Powder

I really like this compact on-the-go sunscreen powder. There’s no cast and no scent. The best part is that it’s 100% mineral, reef-safe and sets makeup, plus it can be reapplied as many times as needed and makeup won’t be ruined. It’s mattifying and anti-aging. I’ve always wanted something like this. The bonus is that it’s a Canadian company (and #1 bestseller in Quebec pharmacies). Broad spectrum UVA/UVB SPF 50+ coverage is fantastic. I definitely recommend this!

Innovative

I found this powder Sunscreen to be a really Innovative idea. I sweat a lot through my face during summers and sunscreen almost Always makes it worse. It's good to have an option where you can get spf with a powder that'll absorb the sweat as well. I replace my setting powder with this whenever I'm going out. Tha packaging is cute too, I love that there's a glass protection around the bristles that will protect the bristles from breaking.
That being said I wish it had more shades if we're gonna replace it with our powders. I'd also love little more controlled application. First I tapped it too lightly and no product csme our because of that. Then I tapped it too hard and I wasted so much of the product because excess product came out of the bristles, it also got on all my clothes. I would still use it and recommend it.

Amazing mineral sunscreen

I absolutely love the ease of using this sunscreen! Super easy to take on the go to freshen up and cover up to protect from the sun! It helps soak up those excess face oils through out the day. The only thing I would change is to have a softer application brush. I did find it quite rough on my face

Easy to use and handy

The product is easy to use. I love that I can reapply sunscreen without ruining my makeup. The packaging is great for traveling too, which is a plus. I'll also use this on my scalp.
