Easy way to get B12

As it is difficult to get B12 from food and water, I supplement with B12, particularly if I have a longer period of time where I don't eat meat. Jamieson's B12 fast dissolving pills are very tiny, have a slightly sweet cherry flavour. I generally keep it up under my tongue for a few seconds, and it leaves no bad aftertaste. I also found these B12 fast dissolving pills to be very similar to Jamieson's D3 pills as well in terms of size, look and taste. I haven't noticed any significant difference with this supplement versus other brands', but overall, a good experience. Look around for deals as there are usually sales, making it a good bang for your buck.

I use this brand of B12 because I am anemic and need help creating blood cells. I find once this is in my system I feel less tired, less weak which makes life a little easier because I feel better. I recommend this product for anyone who has mild to moderate anemia

I was watching a documentary about Supplements few years ago ( maybe 3-5 years ago) and this Doctor said that the only supplements we need are: Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. And I never took Vit B12 before, ever since then I added this B12 on my list and I've been taking it ever since. And this particular brand (Jamieson is the one that I've been buying).

Great Vitamins

Great tasting vitamins! I'm not a fan of dissolving these under my tongue because it takes way too long. Instead, I frequently chew or just swallow these because I have no patience! They get the job done.

I suck at taking pills but I have no problem taking these. They quickly dissolve under my tongue and don't leave a bad taste in my mouth like normal vitamins do.

I am very low on my b12 & my doctor told me to eat it regularly. I have since always eaten this one because it keeps me in energy & fulfills my b12 deficiency’s. I trust this brand brand & have been taking this product for more than 5 years

Energizing

These help me jump start my day. Along with other vitamins, I take this daily. It helps keep me energized. Prior to taking them, I would always find myself tired not even half way through the day. I haven’t had that problem since I started taking them. I like that they dissolve on your tongue. Makes it easier to take. Also the cherry taste keeps it from being awful. The price is a bit steep at around $15, but I will pay them, as they really do help me.
