    I used this during both my pregnancies, as per doctors advise. I found that I felt better after using these regularly. It improved my mood somehow. I can't say how 'good' this is scientifically or how much your body absorbs of this particular brand, but I do know that it seemed to work well for me.

    As someone who has struggled with depression and anxiety, I can personally tell you what a difference it makes taking a vitamin D supplement. Fights off the dips in the day keeping your mood stable and feeling good.

    I have been using for a few years and wouldn't not take now. Was first advised to take as with multiple sclerosis i was deficient in vitamin d. Have never looked back and have my family taking as well.

    I have been taking Jamieson vitamin D for years - two tablets per day. Vitamin D is one of those essential vitamins that is required for every single bodily process, and most of us don't get enough of it! I have seen other brands recalled over the years for various reasons, but never my Jamieson Vitamin D. I will continue to use it - keeps me healthy and well!

    My doctor recommended I take vitamin D,I was feeling sluggish since the start of winter I don't go out alot unless I have to so I guess I wasn't getting the amount of sun I needed to get my vitamin D,its definitely made a difference in how I feel

    This was recommended a doctor to boost my intake of Vitamin D in the winter months. The size of the vitamin is really small so it's easy to swallow. Not sure how effective it is but vitamins should be good for your health.
