After reading the reviews about this product I went out and got myself a bottle. I can be completely exhausted and go to bed and literally stare at the ceiling for an hour while my mind races and I think about everything under the sun. This product helps me calm down and relax and makes me want to sleep. I sleep all night and I wake up feeling great and not groggy at all. I do find it a bit expensive compared to other sleep aids but the fact that it is all natural and works it is worth it.

I really liked this product because it didn't leave me feeling groggy the next day like some sleep aids too. I felt great in the morning and I had a really good sleep.
