Mixed feelings

This shampoo smells nice and has a really vibrant deep blue colour. Despite using it for 1 week I didn't notice any colour change as advertised. I am unsure how I feel about it because it did improve my hair texture a lot, my hair feels lighter, smoother and hydrated but the colour just stayed the same, all the blue pigment just washed off.

New crush

The shampoo smells lovely, left my hair feeling clean and soft, it has toned down my brass tones in my hair, but feel this will improve the more times I use it. the only downside is the blue shampoo can be quite messy and you need to be careful with your surroundings and your hands to prevent staining.

Achieves exactly what it promises and more!

I did use this product with its accompanying Conditioner and I recommend. I noticed a real difference to my hair after just three washes. It removed the brassy tones in my hair (as I was promised) giving me a richer deeper brunette colour. I dont know if this visual effect is what has made my hair look like it has more life to it but it's wonderful. My hair is no longer frizzy and static-y but glossier and healthy looking (Yet not greasy looking as some conditioners cause). Also with this shampoo and conditioner I do not have to wash my hair as frequently and a smaller blob than usual goes a long way. I can actively feel the moisturise returning to my hair!

Disappointed

I don’t see any difference while using this shampoo and I’m a bit disappointed because I love John Frieda. The colour of my hairs didn’t improve and also the texture stayed the same.

Great shampoo and conditioner
Definitely toned down my brassy in need of a colour hair. Down side is the blue hands and blue spots round shower but nothing permanent

efficient colour reviving shampoo

I tested this shampoo together with conditioner for about 1,5 week and I really liked how it improved my brown hair. What I liked the most was how well it moisturized and nourished my hair and refreshed its colour. This shampoo is also pleasant to use, easily washes out and leaves my hair bouncy and shiny. Brassy tones were really softer.

Sweet like candy

OK, so I thought this could've been more powerful, make more of an impact in reducing brassy tones, BUT! And it's a massive BUT, my hair looked brilliant after use.
The tones were not much different but the sheen, the condition, the bouncyness, the scent.... amazing

Very moisturising

I saw results after just 1 wash— as advertised. Also moisturizes and does not leave hair feeling dry & brittle! Leaves hair moisturised and feeling great.

Fab product but stained my hands

This product was fab. Only downfall would be the shampoo being very pigmented and dyed my fingers blue. The product itself is fantastic and left my hair feeling soft and silky and left the colour looking great- no brassy/ orange tones to be seen. Would recommend this product to anyone with brassy tones.

Amazing results after first wash

I have my hair highlighted/tipped silver grey it's naturally brown.

I've tried alot of products to get rid of the brassy tones that tent to come out in my hair every couple of days I find that other premium brands make my hair very fragile and they don't get rid of all the brassiness which is frustrating as you can imagine.

So when I tried John freida's Blue crush shampoo I was skeptical.

I got the product for free so I was willing to give it a go and see if it really does what it's supposedly meant to do.

I have to admit that I couldn't believe the difference in my hair even when it was still wet.

There wasn't any brassiness and when I dry my hair off completely it looked amazing so being the skeptic that I am hadn't told my partner that I had used the product.

So my partner didn't know that I had used the shampoo but when she seen it the first thing that she said to me was have you dyed your hair and laughed and told her no it was the John Freida Blue Crush shampoo that i had got in the post.

She is also amazed by it and now using it too, so highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to keep their hair healthy and still get rid of the nuisance of brassy tones in their hair..
