Not enough purple pigment

I have both blond and grey hair so I really need a purple shampoo. This did little because there was not enough toner in the shampoo. I guess I need to upgrade.

The shampoo and conditioner itself is wonderful. The scent is great and it lathers on nicely. For the blonde part- it is the LIGHTEST shade of purple and ultimately doesn't do a thing. I have left it on for a very long time and did several times and did not take the brassy tones out what so ever. It is just a gimic for blondes who are willing to pay more because the colour of their shampoo is 'purple'

I liked this shampoo. I thought the price was a little expensive, but overall i liked the outcome. I used the shampoo after having my dark hair honey dipped. I found it kept my new blonde hair ashy and helped preventing it from going yellow.

This shampoo has some nice effects on my salon highlights and my natural blonde hair. After using everything looks smoother, brighter, more glistening. I get comments on how shimmery my hair looks. However I do find using it regularly that it causes some damage even though this is the moisturising formula, over time my hair looks frazzled. I also HATE the way it doesn't particularly want to lather and I have to use tons to get through my oily scalp. However bizzarely it does rinse clean easily and doesn't weigh down my hair. So overall I would recommend it as a refresher but not a regular use. Its also quite pricey so I wouldn't get it unless on discount.

This shampoo is fine - I have platinum hair, and my colour stays white-blonde for a few weeks, but it always eventually turns a bit brassy (even with repeated and continued use of this shampoo, conditioner and other related products). I still use it because why not? White-blonde is better than brassy blonde right off the bat. But I'd be willing to suggest friends look for any product along the same lines, no need to stick with this brand.
