139 White Pearl - Took 4 coats!

The Nail Polish took 4 coats and was super streaky, due more to the type of brush, than the formula. The brush has huge plastic fibers. I think it might do better as something to layer on top of another solid colour. I will have to experiment. If anything, it ends up something for the girl child to play with, or something for my toes.

This is a sheer, glimmery polish. I think the solid colours would fare better.
