Allows for precise application

This eyeliner has a angled felt-tip that allows for better control and precision when drawing/lining in the eyeline. First application is not super pigmented but can definitely build to a richer black. It is water resistant but not waterproof. Comes off easily with makeup wipe but will not rub off within first few hours of wear. Not for for heavy duty wear (partying or during hot summer months) but good as everyday, light makeup.
