Very good snack

Sweet and salty. It is very chocolaty and I find it a little salty. I still enjoy them but if you don’t like anything salty you may not like the taste. Good grab and go snack or as a nighttime snack.

Best snack

I am generally not a fan of granola bars as I find them super sweet but these kashi granola bars are the best ... crunchy and chewy and full of nutritional ingredients

So delicious and the best I’ve tried. I recommend for any one looking for a nutritious and scrumptious snack. I like how it had chocolate in it. It is a perfect snack.

I enjoyed eating this granola bar. I didn't feel guilty. I find other bars to be extremely sweeter. This bar has a perfect balance of the sweet and salty. The dark chocolate is enough sweetness for me.

Kashi Chia Granola Bar

Received the Dark Chocolate, Almond & Sea Salt Kashi Chia Granola Bar as part of a sample pack in the mail. I saved it for a day when I knew I would need a snack to tide me over (spa day with some friends) and glad I did! Hit the spot perfectly and was delicious. Who knew Chia could taste so good. Loved knowing it was a healthier alternative and felt like a decadent treat.

Great taste

To be honest I was hesitant to try the free bar received as a sample..chia in a bar?
Well, boy was I surprised by the great taste. Just love them. I keep them in my purse for those times when food is far away.

Tasty and satisfying

These are my favourite of Kashi’s granola bars. They’re nice and chewy, the sweet/salty balance of the dark chocolate and sea salt is complimented by the crunchiness of the almonds.

It’s a good source of nutrients as far as chocolate granola bars go- iron (10% of daily value), 3 grams of fibre, 7 grams of sugar, 115 mg of potassium.

They are delicious and hit the spot when I have a craving for chocolate while containing way less sugar than even the standard snack-sized chocolate bar. Yum!

A healthier kind of granola bar

I received this granola bar as a sample. It is fairly good. Sweet enough and good texture. I like that there is minimal sugar in it (7g) and still tastes good. You can taste the chocolate, the almond and the sea salt.
I would consider purchasing this again.

I absolutely loved this bar! It was very chocolatey and chewy and had the perfect amount of sea salt. I love the dark chocolate chunks on top and how filling the bar is. The bar has 4g of fibre and contains no artificial colors or flavours. The ingredient list isn't truly "clean" and the bar contains lots of sugar, but I would still choose this over many other granola bars on the market. This bar tastes absolutely delicious and I would recommend it to friends and family. I have already purchased a box of these and will continue to purchase in the future!

Sweet Treat!

I got this granola bar because I had a coupon but I wasn't expecting it to be so good. I love Kashi products but was surprised with the fresh taste and loved the little chocolate bites!
