Kashi Go Lean is ONE of the best satisfying, healthy cereals on the shelf ! My husband and I both enjoy this cereal. We havent shared with the kids yet lol. Very similar to Harvest Cruch with the CRUNCH !! Low in calories and extremely filling ! Thumbs up Kashi :)

I love this cereal. I don't eat cereal, as a general rule, but this is great. I feel like the carbs I am getting are complex, and high quality so I am happy to have this with my greek yogurt in the morning. It really does hold me right through 'til lunch. I like that it is high in protein, and that there are nice big crunchy clusters right through to the end of the box. I honestly can say I have not consumed any whole box of cereal in my adult life until I tried Kashi GoLean Crunch. I am now on box 3, and have 2 more in my pantry. Thanks! Great product.

I love Kashi cereal. The fiber and protein count are great: the taste is awesome with almond 'milk'. It's an affordable, healthy cereal with great flavor: that's not an easy combination to find. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to break from the refined grain, added sugar, highly processed breakfast cereals that dominate the market.

Love the cereal with milk for breakfast , or a quick snack without milk .I enjoy the crunchy texture and the sweet, nutty taste.Leaves me feeling full and satisfied. It is more expensive than other cereals but has great flavor and nutrition.

Currently my favourite cereal. I love the sweet, nutty, crunchy flavor. Although it is rich in fiber, it is high in calories for a healthy cereal, about 230 in 1 serving. I think it's worth the calories. It is extremely crunchy, definitely not your sneak into the movie theater snack.

I discovered Kashi cereals at Target when they sold them for 2 for $5. I bought boxes and boxes. Not only is this cereal good for you, but it taste fantastic. The go Lean crunch fills you up before you eat the entire box.
