I'm not a fan of cranberry in these bars it throws off the overall taste for me. But the nutrition value is there. It's great for a quick snack. I love the Chia but prefer different flavours of this granola.

I just purchased this today at the superstore. The chia granola bars are cranberry lemon.
This is a new product and the price is 2/$5.88. Probably a little expensive for 10 bars in 2 boxes.

The texture is soft with lots of soft pieces of cranberry and hints of lemon - a tasty combination.

Nutrition Facts -per 1 bar (35g) Calories 120; fat 1.5g - 2%; saturated 1%; sodium 100g - 4%; potassium 50mg. - 1%; carbohydrate 23g - 8%, fibre 4g - 16% calcium 2%, iron 8%. Box states "with natural ingredients."

I think this is the first time purchasing the Kashi brand of bars. I would definitely buy them again.
