I love KIDS 0-9 SINUS ALL IN ONE, it works great does not take long to take effect. I also love that it does not have all the chemical ingredients as the other store brands and safe for children under the age of 6. My 4 year old loves the taste and runs for the bottle everytime.

Great homeopathic sinus relief for babies and kids!

Kids 0-9 sinus all in one works great for babies and kids that have a cold, sinus congestion or runny noses. It's a homeopathic medication and comes in raspberry flavor. While I don't find it as effective as medicines with active drug ingredients I still found it worked very well. I recommend this to any parent nervous or against using medications with active drug ingredients.
